These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and jiibay ("jiibay," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiibay.net and any associated mobile applications or subdomains operated by jiibay.

By accessing the jiibay website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jiibay platform.

jiibay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication to the jiibay website. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on jiibay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines when accessing jiibay's services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a jiibay employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from jiibay, whether through self-exclusion, regulatory exclusion, or jiibay's own enforcement action.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same or different personal details, are prohibited. jiibay uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiibay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jiibay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of protection.

All activity conducted through your jiibay account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you or conducted by a third party who gained access to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your jiibay account.
• Do not store your password in an unsecured location or browser if others have access to your device.
• Notify jiibay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jiibay will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jiibay that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jiibay support immediately.

jiibay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) exclusively. All account balances are displayed in PHP. The following payment methods are currently supported on jiibay:

Minimum deposit: ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jiibay, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jiibay wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Players who have completed jiibay's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process are prioritized in the withdrawal queue. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same jiibay account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• jiibay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets.
• jiibay reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are unresolved bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance.

jiibay offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all jiibay bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. jiibay reserves the right to restrict bonus availability where multiple accounts sharing a household, IP, or device are detected.
• jiibay welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied once real-money balance reaches zero.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• jiibay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where it determines that the bonus is being misused or where regulatory requirements necessitate a change.

All games available on jiibay — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are operated by licensed game providers whose software and Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. jiibay publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for certified slot titles within the game lobby.

Each game category is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. By launching any game on jiibay, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics and payouts.

• jiibay reserves the right to void bets placed on any game where a technical malfunction has affected the game outcome or displayed odds.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jiibay's server logs constitute the authoritative record of all bets placed and outcomes generated. Bets in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the recorded server state.
• jiibay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or game provider. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified at any time due to provider licensing changes, regulatory requirements, or technical maintenance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiibay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register while under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage gambling by sharing account access with a person under 21.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one jiibay account in any capacity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a jiibay account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through cooperation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the jiibay platform in place of genuine human play.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jiibay's software or games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using jiibay's deposit, wagering, or withdrawal systems to launder proceeds of illegal activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after wagering deposited funds. jiibay will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal channels.
• Identity fraud: Impersonating another person or providing false identity documentation during any verification process.

jiibay is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jiibay is required to maintain responsible gaming tools and enforce age restrictions across the platform. The following tools are available to all jiibay account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum playing session duration. You will receive an on-screen notification when your limit is reached.
• Reality check reminders: Configure periodic reminders displaying how long you have been playing in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the jiibay platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to register a new account.
• Account closure: Request permanent account closure at any time by contacting jiibay support.

jiibay's 21+ age requirement is non-negotiable. Parental control software is recommended for households where minors have access to internet-connected devices.

All content on the jiibay platform — including but not limited to the jiibay logo, brand name, website design, game lobby layout, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of jiibay or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiibay platform for personal and recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any jiibay content without written permission.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on jiibay's software or game systems.
• Using jiibay's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorization from jiibay.
• Framing, scraping, or mirroring any part of the jiibay website without prior written consent.

Game content made available through jiibay's platform — including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming titles — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Your use of those games is additionally governed by those providers' end-user license terms as incorporated into their game software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiibay's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiibay account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiibay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not jiibay was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures, disconnections, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from policy violations.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of government.

jiibay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how jiibay handles your personal information — including what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in jiibay's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account with jiibay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support services.

jiibay does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, or other Philippine regulatory bodies where jiibay is legally obligated to do so.

jiibay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiibay will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice displayed on the jiibay website or within the platform dashboard.

Amendments take effect on the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the jiibay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your jiibay account and cease using the platform. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course subject to verification requirements.

These Terms and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the jiibay platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jiib ay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings.

Where a dispute falls within the jurisdiction or oversight of PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, jiibay and the player agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation, mediation, or adjudication process. PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory competence shall be binding on jiibay.
